সওদাগর অ্যাপটি বানিয়েছে ও চালায় Amer Security, বাংলাদেশ। অ্যাপে অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলে ব্যবহার করা মানেই আপনি এই শর্তগুলো মেনে নিচ্ছেন। রাজি না থাকলে অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করবেন না।
২. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও পাসওয়ার্ড
অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলার সময় সঠিক তথ্য দিন — নাম, দোকানের নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর।
পাসওয়ার্ড গোপন রাখার দায়িত্ব আপনার। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট দিয়ে যা যা হয়, তার দায় আপনার।
স্টাফ বানালে তাকে যতটুকু দরকার ততটুকু অনুমতি দিন। স্টাফের কাজের দায়ও দোকানের মালিকের।
পাসওয়ার্ড ফাঁস হয়েছে সন্দেহ হলে সাথে সাথে বদলে ফেলুন এবং আমাদের জানান।
৩. ফ্রি ট্রায়াল, প্যাকেজ ও বিল
নতুন দোকান খুললে নির্দিষ্ট দিনের ফ্রি ট্রায়াল পাওয়া যায় (বর্তমানে ১০ দিন)। ট্রায়ালে কোনো টাকা লাগে না।
ট্রায়ালের পর সেবা চালু রাখতে প্যাকেজ নবায়ন করতে হয়। প্যাকেজের দাম ও মেয়াদ অ্যাপের "প্যাকেজ" পাতায় দেখা যায়।
ওয়েবসাইটে (ব্রাউজারে) বিকাশ বা আমাদের জানানো অন্য উপায়ে টাকা পাঠিয়ে নম্বরে জানালে মেয়াদ বাড়িয়ে দেওয়া হয়।
অ্যান্ড্রয়েড অ্যাপে সাবস্ক্রিপশন কেনা হয় Google Play-র মাধ্যমে। টাকা কাটা, বিল ও ফেরত Google-এর নিয়মে চলে। সাবস্ক্রিপশন প্রতি মেয়াদ শেষে নিজে নিজে নবায়ন হয় এবং একই দামে টাকা কাটা হয় — যতক্ষণ না আপনি বাতিল করেন।
Google Play-র সাবস্ক্রিপশন বাতিল করতে: Google Play অ্যাপ → প্রোফাইল → পেমেন্ট ও সাবস্ক্রিপশন → সাবস্ক্রিপশন → সওদাগর → বাতিল। বাতিল করলে চলতি মেয়াদ শেষ পর্যন্ত অ্যাপ চলবে, তারপর আর টাকা কাটা হবে না।
Google Play-তে কেনার ফেরত (রিফান্ড) Google-এর নিজস্ব নিয়ম অনুযায়ী হয়; আমরা সরাসরি ফেরত দিতে পারি না।
দাম বদলাতে পারে। বদলালে আগে থেকে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে; চলতি মেয়াদের মধ্যে নতুন দাম বসবে না।
মেয়াদ শেষ হলে কয়েক দিনের ছাড় (গ্রেস পিরিয়ড) থাকে। এর মধ্যে নবায়ন না করলে দোকানের সব তথ্য স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে মুছে যায় — আগেই ব্যাকআপ নামিয়ে রাখুন।
অগ্রিম দেওয়া টাকা সাধারণত ফেরতযোগ্য নয় (Google Play-র ক্ষেত্রে Google-এর নিয়ম প্রযোজ্য)। আমাদের দিক থেকে বড় কোনো ত্রুটি হলে আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে সমাধান করা হয়।
৪. আপনার দায়িত্ব
অ্যাপে যা কিছু লিখছেন — কাস্টমারের নাম, নম্বর, ছবি, এনআইডি — সেসবের দায়িত্ব আপনার।
কারও ছবি বা এনআইডি তুলে রাখার আগে তাঁর অনুমতি নিন। এগুলো সংবেদনশীল তথ্য।
বাকি আদায়ের জন্য অ্যাপের তথ্য ব্যবহার করে কাউকে হুমকি, অপমান বা হয়রানি করা যাবে না। বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন মেনে চলতে হবে।
কারও তথ্য তার অনুমতি ছাড়া অন্য কাউকে দেওয়া বা প্রকাশ করা যাবে না।
অবৈধ ব্যবসা, প্রতারণা বা আইনবিরুদ্ধ কোনো কাজে অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
মনে রাখবেন — আপনার দোকানের হিসাব ও কাস্টমারের তথ্যের মালিক আপনি। আমরা কেবল সেটা নিরাপদে জমা রাখি। তাই ওই তথ্য কীভাবে ব্যবহার করছেন, তার দায়ও আপনার।
৫. যা করা নিষেধ
অ্যাপ বা সার্ভারে ঢোকার চেষ্টা করা, কোড ভেঙে দেখা, নিরাপত্তা পরীক্ষা করা বা ক্ষতি করার চেষ্টা।
স্বয়ংক্রিয় প্রোগ্রাম (বট) দিয়ে অস্বাভাবিক পরিমাণ অনুরোধ পাঠানো।
আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া অ্যাপটি অন্যের কাছে ভাড়া দেওয়া বা নিজের নামে বিক্রি করা।
অ্যাপে ভাইরাস, ক্ষতিকর ফাইল বা আইনবিরুদ্ধ ছবি আপলোড করা।
৬. সেবা চালু থাকা ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ
আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি সেবা সবসময় চালু রাখতে, তবে ১০০% সচল থাকার নিশ্চয়তা দেওয়া সম্ভব নয়।
রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের জন্য মাঝে মাঝে অল্প সময় সেবা বন্ধ থাকতে পারে। সম্ভব হলে আগে জানানো হবে।
ইন্টারনেট, মোবাইল অপারেটর বা ফোনের নিজস্ব সমস্যার দায় আমাদের নয়।
নতুন সুবিধা যোগ করা বা পুরোনো কোনো সুবিধা বদলানোর অধিকার আমাদের আছে।
৭. ব্যাকআপ
আমরা নিয়মিত ব্যাকআপ রাখি, তবু নিজের হিসাব নিজে ব্যাকআপ করে রাখার অভ্যাস করুন — অ্যাপের ভেতরেই ব্যাকআপ নামানোর ব্যবস্থা আছে। কারিগরি দুর্ঘটনায় তথ্য হারালে আমাদের দায় এই শর্তাবলীর ৮ নম্বর ধারার সীমার মধ্যেই থাকবে।
৮. দায়ের সীমা
অ্যাপটি "যেমন আছে তেমন" ভিত্তিতে দেওয়া হয়। ব্যবসায়িক লাভ-ক্ষতির নিশ্চয়তা আমরা দিই না।
অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের ফলে ব্যবসায়িক ক্ষতি, বাকি আদায় না হওয়া বা মুনাফা কমে যাওয়ার দায় আমরা নিই না।
যেকোনো দাবির ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ দায় হবে — সমস্যার আগের ৩ মাসে আপনি আমাদের যত টাকা দিয়েছেন, তার বেশি নয়।
আইন যেটুকু দায় মওকুফ করতে দেয় না, সেটুকু এই ধারার বাইরে থাকবে।
৯. অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করা
আপনি যেকোনো সময় অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করতে পারেন — নিয়ম এই পাতায়।
এই শর্ত ভাঙলে, টাকা না দিলে বা অন্যের ক্ষতি করলে আমরা অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িক বা স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করতে পারি। গুরুতর কিছু না হলে আগে জানিয়ে সময় দেওয়া হবে।
অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ হলে তথ্য মুছে ফেলার নিয়ম প্রাইভেসি পলিসি অনুযায়ী চলবে।
১০. মেধাস্বত্ব
অ্যাপের নাম "সওদাগর", লোগো, নকশা ও কোড Amer Security-এর সম্পত্তি। আপনার দোকানের হিসাব ও কাস্টমারের তথ্য আপনার সম্পত্তি।
১১. শর্ত বদলালে
শর্তাবলী বদলালে উপরের তারিখ হালনাগাদ হবে এবং বড় পরিবর্তন হলে অ্যাপে জানানো হবে। এরপরও ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে ধরে নেওয়া হবে আপনি নতুন শর্তে রাজি।
১২. আইন ও বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে। কোনো বিরোধ হলে আগে আলোচনার মাধ্যমে সমাধানের চেষ্টা করা হবে; না হলে বাংলাদেশের উপযুক্ত আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
Sowdagor is built and operated by Amer Security, Bangladesh. By creating an account and using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Account and password
Give accurate details when you register — your name, shop name and mobile number.
Keeping your password secret is your responsibility. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
Give staff accounts only the permissions they need. The shop owner remains responsible for what staff do.
If you suspect your password has leaked, change it immediately and tell us.
3. Free trial, plans and billing
A new shop gets a free trial (currently 10 days) at no cost.
After the trial you must renew a plan to keep using the service. Prices and durations are shown on the "Plans" page in the app.
On the website (in a browser), send payment through bKash or another method we tell you about, then inform us on the support number and your validity is extended.
In the Android app, subscriptions are bought through Google Play. Charging, receipts and refunds follow Google's rules. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the same price until you cancel.
To cancel a Google Play subscription: Google Play app → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sowdagor → Cancel. The app keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled under Google's own policy; we cannot issue them directly.
Prices may change. We will tell you in advance, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
After expiry there is a short grace period. If you do not renew within it, the shop's data is deleted automatically — download your backup first.
Payments are generally non-refundable (for Google Play purchases, Google's policy applies). If the fault is clearly ours, we will work out a fair resolution with you.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for everything you enter — customer names, numbers, photos and NID details.
Get consent before storing anyone's photo or NID. This is sensitive information.
You must not use information from the app to threaten, shame or harass anyone while collecting dues, and you must follow the laws of Bangladesh.
Do not share or publish another person's data without their permission.
Do not use the app for illegal business, fraud or any unlawful activity.
Remember — your shop records and your customers' data belong to you. We only store them safely on your behalf, so how that information is used is your responsibility.
5. Prohibited use
Attempting to break into the app or servers, reverse-engineer the code, probe security or cause damage.
Sending abnormal volumes of automated requests (bots).
Renting out or reselling the app under your own name without our written permission.
Uploading viruses, harmful files or unlawful images.
6. Availability and maintenance
We work hard to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
The service may be briefly unavailable for maintenance. We will give notice where possible.
We are not responsible for problems caused by your internet connection, mobile operator or device.
We may add new features or change existing ones.
7. Backups
We keep regular backups, but please download your own backup regularly — the app has a backup feature built in. If data is lost through a technical accident, our liability is limited as described in clause 8.
8. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee business results.
We are not liable for business losses, uncollected dues or reduced profit arising from use of the app.
For any claim, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the problem arose.
Nothing in this clause limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or harms others. Except in serious cases we will warn you first.
After closure, data is deleted according to the Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
The name "সওদাগর" / Sowdagor, the logo, design and code belong to Amer Security. Your shop records and customer data belong to you.
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms change we will update the date above and announce significant changes in the app. Continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We will first try to resolve any dispute through discussion; failing that, it will be settled in the competent courts of Bangladesh.
